Jobs Listing

Clause 4 is applicable to those who have registered as an employer.

We cannot accept any responsibility or liability for potential errors found in your job ads. Therefore, it is your responsibility to promptly review and address any errors that may arise in job ads once they have been posted on the Website.

It is imperative that all job ads posted on our Website adhere to any relevant legislation, regulations, by-laws, ordinances, and codes of conduct.

It is mandatory for all job ads to receive our approval before publication. While we will make reasonable efforts to publish job ads at the earliest, please note that this process may take longer during busy periods.

In order to ensure quality job postings, we have implemented several criteria that must be met for job ads to be approved. These include:

  • Avoiding duplicate job ads
  • Ensuring that the job ad is relevant to students
  • Confirming that the vacancy is genuine
  • Ensuring that the vacancy title aligns with the job advertised
  • Providing a clear and descriptive job ad
  • Rejecting inappropriate or explicit job ads (including ads for strippers, models, bikini waitresses, and masseuses)
  • Preventing spam job ads
  • Disallowing job ads that require job seekers to pay a fee
  • Placing the job ad in the correct category
  • Ensuring that the job board is not a competitor.
  • We retain the right to remove any job advertisement that violates these terms or any relevant law, regulation, by-law, ordinance, or code of conduct.

In your employer/company profile, you may incorporate links to your official website and social media profiles. Nevertheless, all additional links to external websites or externally hosted application forms require our prior consent, whether in your employer/company profile, a job ad, or our job application process.

You may only post job ads on the website for an existing employment opportunity that is genuinely available at the time of posting the ad and for which you are recruiting. We maintain the right to request any information from you that we believe is necessary to verify a genuine employment opportunity.

You acknowledge and agree that each job ad posted on the website must advertise only one job role. If you breach this obligation and advertise multiple job roles in a single job ad, we reserve the right to charge you any applicable Advertising Fees under clause 2 for each job role advertised in the job ad.

As part of the job ad classification process, ensure that all information entered into any data entry field corresponds directly to the relevant data field category. We retain the right to amend, modify, or remove any information that fails to meet this requirement.

As a condition of advertising on our website, we retain the right to reclassify job ads posted on the site. This gives us the ability to withdraw job ads from one category and republish them in another category on the website. If we determine that a job ad should be reclassified to a category that incurs Advertising Fees under clause 2, we will contact you beforehand and provide you with the option of either incurring the Advertising Fees or withdrawing the job ad altogether.

We encourage the timely removal of job ads once they are no longer needed. Any job ads remaining on the website for over 6 months may be removed at our discretion.

Modifications made to a job ad, such as changes to the job ad body copy and job title, or location, work type, classification, and sub-classification categories, do not qualify as a new job ad. Therefore, they do not incur advertising fees, irrespective of the posting method used. However, the following actions constitute new or additional job ads and may attract advertising fees under clause 2:

  • Reposting an archived or deleted job ad
  • Copying a job ad
  • Changing the zone classification and refreshing the job posting.
  • Refreshing refers to deleting and reposting the same or substantially similar job ad.
